She was originally available in LIMITED QUANTITIES during the 2014 Holiday Open House Weekend, Nov 7-9, although most stores are already pre-sold all of the Queen Elsa ornaments that their store was alocated.
This 2014 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament is a Gold Crown Exclusive.
