For more than 100 years, Christmas audiences have been charmed by the classic ballet THE NUTCRACKER. This year it is Barbie who stars as Clara, the young girl who receives a handsome wooden doll in the shape of a nutcracker. She is told that the nutcracker is really the prince of a faraway land, imprisoned in a block of wood by the evil Mouse King. As the story unfolds, Clara becomes the beautiful Sugar Plum Princess, whose love for the nutcracker will transform him into a prince.
